Summit is officially re-opening on May 5!

We are proud to offer a menu of garden-forward items to showcase the delicious flavors of the outdoor dining season.

Along with our dining options, we have a robust cocktail menu featuring spirits from some of the areas top distillers. Our beer list highlights local and regional brews both on tap and bottled, and this year, our wine list showcases a curated selection of options, all of which are made through sustainable growing and winemaking practices.

A special feature for the season is our Garden Gastronomy Experience. Inspired by the consistent excellent of Veuve Clicquot’s Presitge Cuvée, La Grand Dame, our Executive Chef James Kerwin has created special menu of items focused on showcasing the bounty of the flora from the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Order a bottle of La Grande Dame and enjoy a display of these items, each of which will further highlight the elegance of the champagne.

*Summit will open for Mother’s Day at 11am on Sunday May 8. Join us for Mother’s Day Rosés and Bouquets — a special menu of rosés and a flower bouquet bar for moms.
