We are very pleased to announce that the Conrad Washington, DC is open. While masks are required for all guests and team members, they may cover our faces, but they cannot hide our joy and enthusiasm in welcoming all of our guests back to the Conrad.
In the past few months we have made many changes to our operations to ensure that the hotel remains a healthy and safe environment for our guests and team members. Currently Washington, DC does not allow for indoor dining, so we have created a dining experience where guests can indulge in our take-away menu from the Conrad Marketplace, featuring simple and delicious modern American cuisine to enjoy in the comfort of your room. We also offer table-side service in our unique Après Ski outdoor dining venue on the Terrace, featuring heaters, fire pits and a wonderful Alpine atmosphere.
Through our larger Hilton partnership with Lysol, we have also implemented the Hilton CleanStay with Lysol Protection program, which features contactless check-in and check-out for Hilton Honors members, as well as deep cleaning throughout the hotel public areas and guest rooms. As you approach your room you’ll see that it has been sealed by housekeeping after deep cleaning and disinfection.
